Because of this, our shipping timelines look a little different from a typical warehouse-and-truck retailer, and we want to be upfront about that.

Orders are reviewed and submitted to our fulfillment partner within 1-2 business days of purchase. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once it ships.

Once submitted, most orders arrive within 6-15 business days, depending on the product and your location. Every product listing is vetted for fulfillment partners who can meet this window before it's ever offered for sale. Delays can occasionally happen due to customs processing, weather, or carrier volume, and we'll proactively reach out if we're notified of a delay affecting your order.
